At The Bliss House LLC, we know that your gifts are often time-sensitive. Whether you need a birthday card to arrive by Friday or a Christmas ornament for a holiday party, we take our shipping commitments seriously.

This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about our shipping methods, costs, timelines, and international delivery.

Section 1: Order Processing Time

1.1 Standard Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Example: If you order on a Tuesday, your order will likely ship by Thursday or Friday.

1.2 Expedited Processing

We do not offer expedited processing (moving your order to the front of the queue). However, we do offer expedited shipping (see Section 4). If you need your order processed faster than 1-3 days, please email hongkimtuc@gmail.com before ordering to discuss options. Rush processing may incur additional fees.

1.3 Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are more likely to be processed the same day, but we cannot guarantee it. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

1.4 Holiday Season Processing (November 15 – December 20)

During the holiday season, processing times may increase to 3-5 business days due to order volume. We strongly recommend ordering holiday gifts by December 10 for standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Section 2: Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS.

2.1 Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers, depending on package size, weight, and destination:

• USPS (United States Postal Service) – Best for small, lightweight packages (cards, small ornaments)

• UPS – Best for larger or heavier orders

• FedEx – Used for expedited shipments and some international orders

You will receive a tracking number from the carrier used.

2.2 Domestic Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Important: Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not after you place the order. For example, if you order on Monday, we ship on Wednesday, and you choose Standard (3-7 days), your package will arrive between the following Monday and Friday.

2.3 Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $50 or more (before tax and after discounts). Free shipping applies only to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have different thresholds.

2.4 Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Free shipping over $50 applies to these locations, but expedited options may be limited or more expensive.

2.5 Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, as military mail routes can be unpredictable. We cannot offer expedited shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Section 3: International Shipping

3.1 Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to the following countries:

North America: Canada, Mexico

Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary

Asia Pacific: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel

Other: Brazil (limited), South Africa

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email hongkimtuc@gmail.com. We may be able to add it or arrange a manual order.

3.2 International Carriers

We ship internationally using:

• DHL Express – Fastest, most reliable (5-7 business days)

• UPS Worldwide – Good balance of speed and cost

• USPS International – Slowest (10-20 business days), but most affordable

3.3 International Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

3.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes – IMPORTANT

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country.

The Bliss House LLC does not collect these fees at checkout, and we cannot predict what they will be. Your country’s customs office may charge:

• Import duty – A percentage of the declared value (varies by product type)

• Value Added Tax (VAT) – Common in Europe (typically 20-25%)

• Brokerage fee – A fee charged by the carrier for processing customs

To estimate these fees: Search online for “[your country] import duty calculator” or contact your local customs office before ordering.

If you refuse to pay customs fees: Your package may be abandoned or returned to us. If returned, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to us.

3.5 International Delivery Addresses

Please provide your address in English characters. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally (most carriers require a physical address).

Include your phone number at checkout – international carriers may need it for customs clearance.

Section 4: Expedited & Rush Shipping

4.1 How to Select Expedited Shipping

During checkout, you will see available shipping options with estimated delivery dates and prices. Choose “Expedited” or the fastest option offered.

4.2 Expedited Shipping Guarantees

We do not guarantee expedited delivery dates because carriers occasionally experience delays. However, we will refund the difference between expedited and standard shipping costs if:

• Your expedited package arrives later than the carrier’s published estimate for that service

• The delay was caused by the carrier (not by weather, customs, or incorrect address)

4.3 Last-Minute Orders

If you need a package delivered by a specific date (e.g., tomorrow), please:

1. Select Overnight or Expedited shipping at checkout

2. Email hongkimtuc@gmail.com immediately after ordering with your deadline

3. Understand that we cannot guarantee same-day processing – orders placed after 12:00 PM MT may not ship until the next business day

For truly urgent orders, please contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.

Section 5: Shipping Costs

5.1 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on:

• Total weight of your order (products + packaging)

• Dimensions of the package (larger boxes cost more)

• Destination (distance from our Wyoming warehouse)

• Shipping method (standard vs. expedited)

5.2 Estimated Shipping Cost Ranges (Domestic)

These are estimates. Actual costs may vary.

5.3 Estimated Shipping Cost Ranges (International)

International shipping varies widely. As a rough guide:

Section 6: Tracking Your Order

6.1 When Will I Receive Tracking?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse – typically within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

6.2 How to Track

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) where you can see real-time updates.

6.3 Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes carriers do not scan packages immediately. If your tracking shows “Label Created” for more than 3 business days, please:

1. Wait one more day (sometimes packages are not scanned until they reach a regional hub)

2. Email hongkimtuc@gmail.com – we will contact the carrier to investigate

Section 7: Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

7.1 Lost in Transit (Never Marked Delivered)

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), email hongkimtuc@gmail.com. We will:

1. Open an investigation with the carrier

2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or free replacement

7.2 Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged box and products

2. Keep all packaging materials

3. Email hongkimtuc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

7.3 Stolen After Delivery

The Bliss House LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier marks them “Delivered.” We recommend:

• Shipping to a secure location (work address, locker, or attended mailbox)

• Requiring a signature for high-value orders (contact us to add this service)

• Installing a doorbell camera

If your package was stolen, please file a police report and contact your renters or homeowners insurance.

Section 8: Incorrect Shipping Address

8.1 You Provided the Wrong Address

If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, email hongkimtuc@gmail.com immediately.

• Before shipment: We can update the address at no charge

• After shipment: We cannot redirect the package. It will be delivered to the wrong address, and we are not responsible. You may need to repurchase the items.

8.2 Carrier Error (Misdelivered)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but to the wrong address (e.g., different city or street), email us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once the claim is approved (usually 5-10 business days).

Section 9: Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages if:

• Some items are out of stock and ship later

• Items come from different warehouse locations (rare for us)

• One package exceeds carrier size/weight limits

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Section 10: Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To receive your order before December 25th (within the continental U.S.), we recommend ordering by:

For other holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), order at least 10 days in advance.
