Important Note: Some banks place daily spending limits on debit card transactions. If your order total exceeds your bank’s limit, the transaction may be declined. In that case, please try a different payment method or contact your bank.

What Is Stripe?

Stripe is a global payment processing platform founded in 2010. Today, Stripe processes hundreds of billions of dollars annually for businesses like Amazon, Shopify, Lyft, Zoom, and – of course – The Bliss House LLC.

We chose Stripe for three reasons:

  1. Security – Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the highest possible level in the payments industry.

  2. Reliability – Stripe’s infrastructure has 99.99% uptime, meaning your payment will go through when you need it to.

  3. Global Reach – Stripe supports 135+ currencies and all major payment methods worldwide.

How Stripe Protects You

When you enter your credit card information on our website, here is what happens behind the scenes:

3D Secure – An Extra Layer of Protection

Many cards now support 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey). This protocol requires you to verify your identity during checkout – usually via a one-time code sent to your phone or through your banking app.

If your bank requires 3D Secure authentication, a pop-up window will appear during checkout. Simply follow the prompts. This process prevents anyone who has stolen your card number from using it on our site.

Is It Safe to Enter My Card Information on The Bliss House?

Absolutely. Between our SSL-encrypted website (look for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar) and Stripe’s PCI Level 1 processing, your data is protected by the strongest security measures available commercially.

Do You Store My Payment Information?

No. The Bliss House LLC does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. Stripe stores this information for us (if you choose to save your card for future purchases), but we never have access to it.

What Happens If There Is a Data Breach?

Stripe maintains comprehensive breach response protocols and carries cyber liability insurance. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, Stripe is legally obligated to notify affected users and regulatory authorities within 72 hours.

That said, because we do not store your full card number, a breach of our own systems would not expose your payment credentials.

Can I Pay Without Creating an Account?

Yes. We offer guest checkout. You do not need to create an account or save your payment information to complete a purchase. Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details.

Why Was My Card Declined?

Declines can happen for many reasons. The most common include:

  • Insufficient funds – Your account balance is below the transaction amount

  • Daily limit exceeded – Your bank limits how much you can spend in one day

  • Incorrect information – Mismatched billing address, CVV, or expiration date

  • Fraud prevention – Your bank flagged the transaction as unusual (especially for international purchases)

  • Card expired – Check the expiration date on your card

Billing & Currency Information

What Currency Will I Be Charged In?

All prices on theblisshouse.space are listed in United States Dollars (USD) . Regardless of where you are shopping from, your card will be charged in USD.

Your bank or card issuer will convert the charge to your local currency using their own exchange rate. The Bliss House LLC has no control over these rates or any foreign transaction fees your bank may apply.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Wyoming, where our business is physically located. For all other U.S. states and international destinations, we do not currently collect sales tax – but you may be responsible for paying use tax or customs duties to your local government.

International customers: Please review your country’s import tax and customs duty policies before ordering. The Bliss House LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your customs office.

Will I See The Bliss House LLC on My Bank Statement?

Yes. Your bank or credit card statement will show a charge from “The Bliss House LLC” or “BLISS HOUSE WY” along with the transaction amount and date.

Refunds & Disputes

How Do Refunds Work?

When we approve a refund (per our Refund and Return Policy), Stripe processes the refund to your original payment method. Here is the timeline:

The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from The Bliss House LLC. If you do not see it after 10 business days, please contact your bank first – some banks take longer to post credits than charges.

What If I Dispute a Charge?

If you believe a charge from The Bliss House LLC is fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us immediately at hongkimtuc@gmail.com or +84325409592 before filing a dispute with your bank.

We would much rather resolve the issue directly with you. Chargebacks (disputes) cost us fees and harm our ability to process payments for all customers. We are reasonable people – give us the chance to make things right.

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, Stripe will investigate. If we can prove the charge was authorized (e.g., you received the product or we offered a refund you declined), the dispute may be resolved in our favor.


Troubleshooting Payment Issues

My Payment Was Declined But My Bank Says Everything Is Fine

This can happen if:

  • There is a temporary issue with Stripe’s connection to your bank

  • Your bank requires 3D Secure authentication but the pop-up was blocked

  • You are using a VPN that makes your location appear suspicious

Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  2. Disable any VPN or ad-blocker temporarily

  3. Use a different browser or device

  4. Try a different payment method (e.g., Apple Pay instead of typing card details)

  5. Email hongkimtuc@gmail.com – we can check Stripe’s logs for error codes

The Checkout Page Isn’t Loading Properly

Our checkout page is hosted by Stripe, not by us. If the page looks broken or won’t load:

  • Refresh the page

  • Disable browser extensions (especially privacy blockers)

  • Try an incognito/private browsing window

  • Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all work)

I Was Charged Twice for the Same Order

Double charges are rare but can happen if:

  • You clicked the “Place Order” button twice

  • Your internet connection lagged during processing

  • Your bank authorized the transaction twice (pre-authorization)

What to do: Email hongkimtuc@gmail.com immediately with your order number and a screenshot of the duplicate charges from your bank statement. We will verify with Stripe and refund the extra charge within 48 hours.


Why We Don’t Accept Other Payment Methods

We are often asked why we do not accept:

  • PayPal – PayPal’s dispute resolution process can be slow and customer-unfriendly. Stripe allows us to offer faster refunds and better support.

  • Cryptocurrency – Crypto values are too volatile, and transaction fees can be unpredictable.

  • Wire transfers / bank transfers – These are slow (3-5 days) and difficult to reverse if something goes wrong.

  • Cash / checks / money orders – Not secure for online transactions.

We regularly evaluate new payment methods based on customer demand. If enough customers request a specific option, we will seriously consider adding it.
